Year 2's have really enjoyed learning about the Great Fire of London. We learnt about the events of the days, designed and made houses in the style of 1666 and acted out what we think would have happened. We also remembered our visit to the Fire Station to think of ways that we would keep safe in the event of a fire. We wrote diary entries to capture our thoughts and feelings just like Samuel Pepys did in 1666. What a great ending to a super year!
