Firstly because we can expect the weather to improve over the coming weeks and blossoms to begin to appear. Secondly, because the children who have been in school since September begin to grow in confidence and show their new skills and understanding.  Thirdly, because there are so many Festivals, Celebrations and events that fall in spring.

This term we look forward to Valentines, Mothers Day, Holi and Easter to name but a few.  Also happening before Easter is World Book Day and Comic Relief.

This week in Nursery we have been looking at Chinese New Year.  The photo shows our play activities with real noodles and pretend ones.

We enjoy our diversity and believe that children are never too young to develop awareness of community.
