We were overwhelmed at the tremendous response from Nursery families with donations of items suitable for creating wind chimes.

One of the objectives of repurpose day was to reuse and repurpose materials to make something that would benefit the school and our learners.  We had so many lovely resources that any child that wanted to make an individual wind chime was able to. Additionally, children collaborated on two wind chimes that now grace our tree in the Early Years garden.

The children looked on proudly as Mr Day secured them.

During February, we will be continuing to think about how materials can be reused by having a workshop for creating used packaging materials, boxes and bottles.
