Hello Year 2! 

I hope you are all well! I am really missing you all but it was so lovely to see some of your smiley faces at our Google meet and I know the other Year 2 teachers loved it too! :) There will be another one next week so hopefully you can come to that if you missed it. 

I am still in school looking after the Year 1 children but just to really confuse me, we are over in a Year 3 classroom now! You all know how often I lose my pen in the classroom so you can imagine how often I almost go to the wrong room now. Silly me! 

We have been outside in the sunshine lots and lots, we even made our own faces on the field using lots of different materials we had found outside which was good fun! I hope you've managed to go outside and enjoy the weather. Remember we love to see what you've been up to on our Year 2 help email address, it really makes me smile. 

At the weekends, I've been going out and about a bit more too now. I've been to see some of my family in their gardens which I really enjoyed, I hope you have managed to see some of the people you couldn't before. I really like going for long walks and the other morning I woke up extra early to go and have my breakfast at the top of a big hill (you can see it in the picture!).
