Dear Year 4,

I hope you and your families are all keeping safe and well! I recently came across this poem called ‘Stand Together’ and thought to share it with you. A girl called Marcie sent it to Blue Peter and earnt herself a well-deserving Blue badge. I feel it is just what we need to hear to help us stay positive during this period of time…

I also want to remind you of how proud I continue to be of you all for working so hard at home and adjusting to a new (yet temporary) way of life. I’m missing teaching you and you are all in my thoughts. I really hope I get to see your faces soon and hear about everything you have been doing.
