As we near the end of September, we look back on an excellent first month of learning in year 5. The children have returned well and settled quickly into the routines of school life, producing an autobiography and story in English and learning place value in maths. In art this month, we have been exploring collage and the children have produced some Matisse-inspired collage art which proved to be very popular.
