Governance policies and procedures reflect governance and operational standards, provides:

• Statutory or regulatory requirements.
• A specific guide to decision-making, controls and behaviours that support effective accountability and performance outcomes.
• Explains how policies are put into effect. 

The key policies which form part of the Governor Annual Declarations are reviewed and ratified on an annual basis. Governors then confirm that they will abide by the policy documents in conducting their governance work. The Governing Body last reviewed and ratified the policies on 11th September 2023.
